Company Email and Signature set up.
Once contracts are signed and agreed upon, email will be created for the new employee.
Each employee will receive a work email (first name @smrtenglish or first.last name @smrtenglish.com) The email should be set to two factor authentication settings and the password changed frequently or as requested by IT.
Email Signature
Signatures will be set soon after the email. If you have a professional photo to add we can attach that along with your job title and any other important details.
Updates
From time to time email passwords will be required to be changed and IT will inform all staff of requirements and details. In addition signatures will be updated as badges or special images or videos are added by IT.
Call to Action
Say Hello!
Now that you have your new team email, please send an email (or response if your team lead has introduced you) to other members of staff to say hello and make sure they know who you are and what you will be doing.
You can mention your department and that you will be joining the daily team huddles shortly, any extra information is you like to use additional contact points or if you have a favorite sports team.
Note: If there are any issues with email or email settings please contact the IT department or your team leader for corrections.
