Skywalking is a relatively new extreme sport that involves climbing at the top of high buildings and structures. There are many photos of young people posing on cranes and statues that have surfaced on the internet.
Many of these buildings and structures are off-limits. This means that it is actually illegal to scale these buildings, and the people who participate in skywalking must first bypass security.
As you can imagine, skywalking is extremely dangerous because most of the people who participate do not use harnesses of any kind, like free solo mountain climbers. Several young people have died from unpredictable gusts of wind that blew them off the structures.
As the photos circulate across the internet, more and more people become aware of skywalking. What do you think could be some of the negative effects that may result from such awareness?
