Exercise
Choose one sport and do some research into how it has changed and evolved over the years. What did it look like when it was first invented? Write about changes in the sport's.

The Ball
The basketball has changed a lot since it was first invented. When James Naismith invented the very first game of basketball, he didn't even have a ball to use! he used a soccer ball instead. The first basketball of all was made of leather and it was dark brown. The size and shape of the basketball has not changed much over time, but the materials have become a lot more sophisticated as technology has improved. Today's basketballs have textured surfaces, which makes it easier for athletes to hold and dribble.
