Prediction notes
You are going to watch a video that explains why EVS personnel are very important people. Then the video will give a list of Basic Rules of Conduct: a list of rules for how to be professional at work.
Look at the example layout for notes below. Before you watch the video, write Prediction Notes about what you think you might hear.
Next, you will hear some basic Do’s and Don’ts for professional behavior. Again, predict what you will hear. Write your predictions on your paper.

Watch this video and take notes about what you hear (on the same piece of paper, but with a different color pen if possible). If you predicted an answer correctly, put a checkmark (?) next to it. You can listen more than once.
