It's important to vote in elections. Voting is a right that not everyone around the world has! People around the world are dying for the right to vote.

Voting is the opportunity for every citizen to make their voice heard. Every individual has a part in deciding who leads the country.

Many people around the world don't have the opportunity to vote. They live in countries where the leader is not elected in a democratic process.

People have all kinds of poor excuses for why they don't vote. They say they're too busy, they're too far away, or they don't like the candidates. All excuses! Everyone should get out to vote!
