Clock Time
"It's three o'clock."
We say "o'clock" for 12:00 PM, 9:00 PM, 5:00 AM, etc.:
It's twelve o'clock.
It's nine o'clock.
It's five o'clock.
"It's five oh eight."
Between zero and ten minutes, we need to say "oh...":
It's nine oh nine.
It's two oh two.
"It's six fifteen."
