Because

We use because to say reasons:

  • I'm wearing warm clothes because it's cold outside.
  • The tires are bad because they are old.
  • My father is angry because I don't study very often.

A sentence with because needs two parts:

  • We are staying here because it's stormy outside.
  • Everybody is going home because the weather is terrible.
  • I want to be an engineer because they make a lot of money.
