GSuite Tools are the main communication tools for Smrt employees. If you wish to connect to another format, please connect with IT and your team lead for approval.

Communication is a cornerstone of the Smrt user experience and one of our Core Values ‘ be fanatical about response time, even if it is a confirmation or a simple, ‘Thanks, received’ message.

Daily checks minimum

Gmail

Gmail - Please use 2 factor authentication/ name@smrtenglish.com and signature Email communication should be formal with a clear subject and intended audience declared. Please ensure formal communication when dealing with clients in a friendly tone and timely manner.

    Make sure to send out a few practice email messages to utilize the tools if you are new to using them.
