Meeting Schedules

Daily Huddles
The daily huddle is 10-15 minutes with your immediate team and covers the last day's wins, what you are currently working on for that day and what you are struggling with. The outcome should be a few positive wins, knowing plans for the day, and helping others on your team.
Note: Meetings are short, quick and to the point. If you are staying too long on a topic or problem, stop and take note to have a planned meeting and bring in any outside parties to assist or collaborate.
Meeting Notes Outline
- 10-15 minutes (3 questions. How are you? /What was a win from yesterday? and What are you working on today? Are you stuck anywhere? In a round table fashion so all get the chance to speak a few times).

This meeting should be booked as a team and set for the first meeting of the day and be on Zoom/ Meets to set the tone of the day with your team. You and your team member will record notes for your hurdles on one single document for the team to review at your weekly meeting.
