Students work in pairs.

You are a patient in the pharmacy, and you have been waiting for 3 hours. You feel sick and tired, and you want to go home. The pharmacist is just standing there, and doesn’t look busy. You are starting to get upset, but you remind yourself that you are feeling sick, and you might not be acting like you usually would. You decide to walk up to the pharmacist’s counter. You are a pharmacist, and you have fifty prescription orders to fill. The waiting room is very full, and all the patients can see you standing in the window. You are checking the medications for accuracy to ensure safety for the  patients who need to get their correct medications.
