Pong Hau K’i is a board game from China. There are four pieces on the board, two of one colour and two of another colour, and five spaces. Players take turns moving their stones into empty spaces until one of the players cannot move; the other player is the winner.

Here are two pictures of the game board. The first picture shows the board at the start of the game, and the second picture shows the board after the player with the red pieces has won, because the “blue” player cannot move.
