Just like all people are different, all animals are different too. It is unfair to say that all dogs in a breed are a certain way because of how some examples have behaved.
Dogs are domesticated animals. That means that they rely on humans and it is the job of a dog's owner to take care of its behaviour.
All dogs have the capacity to love and be friendly if they are raised in the right way. Not every dog is easy to train and raise. People should make sure they can handle the job!
