Informative presentations are presentations that give information about a specific topic. This is done without giving any opinion. The job of the speaker is to share information about a subject. Example topics can include:
- history of India’s Bollywood
- the Korean political system
- business etiquette in specific countries
- economic growth in Saudi Arabia
This should be a topic about something that you are familiar with. You will then use our research strategies and learn more information about it. You must become an 'expert' about this topic.
The following video is a good example of an informative speech. The topic of her speech is acupuncture.
- What did you learn from the speaker?
- What good presentation skills did she show?
- Did she understand and have knowledge about her topic?
