  • American hospitals vs hospitals in other countries
  • Hospital cafeteria food compared to home cooking
  • Working in a hospital vs working at a different job
  • Working nights compared to working days
  • Your culture and the culture of the US
  • A good boss/manager compared to a bad one

Or you can choose one of these more controversial topics: 

  • Animal testing should be banned. 
  • Human cloning should be legal. 
  • Euthanasia is a good idea. 
  • Healthcare should be free. 
  • Abortion should be illegal. 
  • Vaccination should be mandatory. 
  • All drugs should be legalized.
