Smrt Feedback
Feedback from all users, participants and company personnel is extremely important to the success and development of the program and platform. It is a key process with the company to collect, review, and respond to feedback. With feedback being a core value of our process, there are multiple areas and ways in which it is collected and responded to by staff.
Team Check-ins
Huddle or weekly meetings along with client interactions or touch points bring up feedback, as will all formal ways of collecting it on forms and surveys. Please bring up any necessary feedback as soon as you have the information to your team and when it can be addressed. Your direct leader or team will assist to document (if needed) brainstorm solutions or assiti in overall resolution management and move the feedback into a formal review process. Most meetings will have a designated time to review client and company feedback, please utilize the time and or for personal matters email can be used or private meetings with a company member you wish.
