During the ENGL140 course, you will be asked to do 3 Presentations. The first will be a casual topic that is designed to introduce something about yourself to the class. The other 2 will be academic and involve you finding an article to present to the class.
For your first Presentation, you'll need to choose a topic that interests you that you can present to the class. It must be something you are very familiar with and that does not require any research. Try to make it a topic about you and something that you are personally linked to. For example, it could be about a hobby, a vacation, or just something very interesting you know. Take some time to think about possible topics and write down.
In your group, briefly introduce your topics and try to get a feeling which ones would be most interesting to others. Give others feedback on their topics as well.
