In this module, we will start by looking at ways to develop intercultural skills when writing in organizational settings, and focus on some of the areas that are important to consider when crafting emails, reports, and other business documents. We will then move to the development of verbal communication skills, specifically for presenting information.

As the title of this module suggests, we will go through several practical activities so that skills can be applied immediately.

Note: As we will be referencing cultural value orientations regularly in Module 8, 9, and 10, please review Module 4 (View of Self, View of Power, View of Obligations, View of Time) and Module 5 (View of Communication).
